Meet Coach Matt

I've always believed that when a leader grows, everyone around them grows too. The team gets clearer. The culture gets stronger. The results follow. That belief is why I coach. As an ActionCOACH-certified business and executive coach, I work with business owners, executives and leadership teams across Erie and Northwest PA, from Crawford to Warren County and beyond. I coach family-owned businesses, growing companies and nonprofit organizations, from one-on-one work with a CEO to full departments learning to pull in the same direction. Most leaders I meet aren't short on talent or effort. They're short on clarity, time and someone in their corner who will tell them what they need to hear. That's the role I play: a steady guide and an unreasonable friend who is invested in your success. I bring clarity, hold you accountable and help you become the leader your people need. Erie is home. I'm a proud Penn State Behrend alum, a husband, a dad to two adult kids and Pop to one amazing granddaughter. The best way to start is simple: coffee and a conversation. Tell me where you're headed, and let's figure out what's getting in the way.
