Hi, I'm Lee,
I’ve always known that traditional employment wasn’t for me—entrepreneurship is truly in my DNA.
Over the years, I’ve founded and operated four businesses, including a promotional products marketing company, a commercial cleaning enterprise, and a specialized library updating service focused on tax and legal information. In 2015, I launched my ActionCOACH firm, combining my deep passion for business with extensive experience in sales and marketing.
Since then, I’ve been honored with several awards, including “Breakout of the Year” in 2016, “Action Hero” in 2022, the “Regional Master License Choice” Award, and most recently, “Best Client Results” in 2024. Most recently I have been selected as one of the honorees for the Wichita Business Journal: Women in Business 2025. These recognitions reflect my commitment to helping business owners achieve measurable growth—whether by expanding their teams, opening new locations, or gaining the time and financial freedom they deserve.
