Your role

Facilitate one-to-one and group coaching; deliver workshops and seminars; help owners analyse financials and build data-driven models; develop sales processes, scripts, role-play and cash-flow strategies; and coach mindset and leadership. Build trust through active listening, influence and collaboration. Adapt to the client: encourage decisive action when needed, or reinforce patience, consistency and strong foundations. Hold clients accountable constructively and celebrate their wins.

What you bring

A strong foundation in operations, strategy and finance (finance/accounting preferred); emotional intelligence; clear communication and public speaking; a natural teaching ability; adaptability; mindset coaching; and practical sales and cash-flow knowledge. Coaching, consulting, leadership or entrepreneurship experience is a plus.

Learning and development

Ongoing training, mentorship and opportunities to grow in coaching, finance, sales and leadership. Mastery of every area is not expected: a desire to learn, serve and help entrepreneurs succeed matters most.

Compensation

Base salary depending on experience, plus commission opportunities and retention bonuses linked to client success and long-term results.
